These flourless chocolate chip pumpkin bars are easy to make and they’re actually secretly healthy! Try these for a tasty afternoon snack.
Ingredients

Bars:
- 1 1/4 cup pumpkin pureè
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- chocolate chips
Frosting Options:
- Simple Mills Chocolate Frosting (pictured)
- 5 Ingredient Healthy Frosting
- Sweet Potato Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
- Coffee Protein Frosting
- CBD infused Frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Pour into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
- Bake for 20- 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely before trying to remove from the pan. Then frost!
Notes
Can sub agave for another sticky sweetener like maple syrup or honey
You can also use parchment paper in your pan instead of greasing it if you are scared of getting them out clean – but they came out fine for me!
