Quick, easy, crispy and delicious. These tuna patties are one of the best things you can make with canned tuna! Made with chickpea flour so they are also high in fiber and gluten free.
Ingredients

Tuna patties:
- 6 oz canned tuna
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- dash of salt and cayenne
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Lemon dill sauce:
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt*
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 2 dashes salt
Instructions
Tuna patties:
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and form four patties.
- Cook on stove using a grill pan, or frying pan until cooked through.
Lemon dill sauce:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Serve patties alone with sauce, over greens, or on your favorite bun!
Notes
*use a dairy free yogurt to keep entire recipe dairy free. Otherwise, patties without the sauce are dairy free
