Description

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free

This one-banana banana bread recipe is fluffy and moist, made healthier using almond flour and is refined sugar free.  It is made in a cast iron skillet and is the perfect single serve dessert!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, softened.
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mash your banana until minimal lumps remain.
  3. Whisk in your egg and your coconut oil.
  4. Then add in your dry ingredients (flour, Stevia, cinnamon, baking soda, salt).
  5. Pour into a small cast iron skillet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is firm.
