Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free

Six ingredients, one bowl, and two minutes is all you need to have this protein packed salted caramel mug cake ready to dive into!  Makes a delicious dessert and is healthy enough for breakfast too!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 scoop salted caramel protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl or mug, mash your banana and then mix in your egg.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds – 2 minutes until cooked through and fluffy
  4. I topped mine with drippy peanut butter, banana slices, and coconut milk whipped cream!
