Six ingredients, one bowl, and two minutes is all you need to have this protein packed salted caramel mug cake ready to dive into! Makes a delicious dessert and is healthy enough for breakfast too!

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 scoop salted caramel protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl or mug, mash your banana and then mix in your egg.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Microwave for 90 seconds – 2 minutes until cooked through and fluffy
- I topped mine with drippy peanut butter, banana slices, and coconut milk whipped cream!
