- 1 egg
- 1 cup Ranch Crackers or 1 cup crackers with 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Crush your crackers in a food processor or high speed blender until fine (like bread crumbs).
- Whisk egg in a small bowl.
- Dip each chicken tenderloin first into egg, let it drip, and then into the cracker bread crumbs, and lay on a plate until all are done.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet, grease with avocado oil, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until crispy brown and cooked all the way through.

You can make these gluten free by using a gluten free cracker – like Simple Mills! And can always mix in some ranch seasoning with the cracker “breadcrumbs” to keep that great flavor!
