Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free
The classic pumpkin spice fall flavor mixed into a creamy pecan butter and then baked into a fluffy blondie for dessert. And it is gluten free, dairy free, and actually healthy- Count me in!
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup pumpkin spice pecan butter*
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine the pecan butter, eggs, stevia, oil, and syrup together in a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients, and stir again until incorporated.
- Pour mixture into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for 15 minutes (edges should be golden brown and it should be bouncy to the touch).
Notes
*If you can’t/don’t want to get this pecan butter you could also use any regular pecan butter and mix in some pumpkin spice to taste!
