Let’s Make Pumpkin Spice Pecan Butter Blondies!

So I used the new Abbys Better pumpkin spice pecan butter to make these, it made it a little easier because the pumpkin spice was already in there! BUT if you dont have that you dont have to panic.  All you gotta do it get some pumpkin spice and mix it in to the batter as you make it! The amount of spice is totally up to you, depending how strong you want the flavor.

Other than that these are super easy, all you do is mix the wet ingredients, add the dry, mix again, and bake! Mine took exactly 15 minutes but keep in mind every oven is different so maybe check on them after 10 or 12.

I served mine with a big dollop of vanilla ice cream but they are great all by themselves too!

In addition to the listed ingredients, you will need:

  • a large mixing bowl
  • parchment paper
  • an 8×8 baking dish
