Description

This 5 ingredient Beer Cheese Dip is an easy and delicious appetizer to serve at your next party! It only takes a few minutes to assemble and you can serve it warm or cold!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8oz shredded cheddar
  • 2oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup pale ale beer


Instructions

  1. Add the cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, cream cheese, and mustard to a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse until combined.
  3. Add the beer and continue to blend until smooth.
  4. This dip can be served warm or cold. To serve warm, microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each time, until heated through.
