- 6 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into small pieces.
- Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla until combined. (Optional depending on how sweet you like it.)
- Spread the yogurt into a thin layer on a parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and espresso powder, if using.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
