Description
With only five ingredients and a few minutes, you can have this delicious Saltine Cracker Toffee topped with Oreos ready to go! Everyone will devour this easy snack!

- 1 – 2 sleeves of saltine crackers
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 20 – 30 Oreo cookies – crushed
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line the prepared baking sheet with a single layer of the Saltine Crackers.
- Bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil in a sauce pan. Boil for 2 minutes, or until the mixture is a deep golden caramel color.
- Pour the hot mixture over the saltines and spread over crackers with a spatula.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6 to 7 minutes until the crackers and toffee are bubbly and gooey.
- Crush the Oreo’s while the crackers are baking.
- Remove from the oven, and move any crackers that are not still in a single layer back to a single layer with a butter knife, or spoon. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the crackers, and let the chocolate chips sit on the hot toffee/crackers until the start to melt – 2 to 3 minutes.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the tops of the crackers with a metal icing spatula, or the back of a large spoon.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreo on top of the melted chocolate, and let sit until completely cooled. Once cooled, break into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
