Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free
This cookie dough nice cream is made with bananas, cashew milk, and nut butter making this frozen treat vegan, refined sugar free, and healthier than your normal scoop but even MORE delicious!
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp cashew milk
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (or nut butter)
- 2 NuttZo Peanut Pro Collagen Bold Bitez
Instructions
- Unpeel bananas, chop into small pieces, freeze overnight.
- Put frozen bananas in food processor and start blending.
- Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the bananas blend smooth.
- Then add in powdered peanut butter or nut butter.
- Chop up your Bold Bitez into small pieces and fold them in to nice cream.
- Serve immediately. Or if want it scoopable, freeze first for 30 minutes.
Notes
Plan for this the night ahead so you can freeze your bananas!
Add in some cocoa powder if you want a chocolatey nut butter flavor
