Description

Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free

This coconut cream frosting is light and fluffy, creamy and satisfying.  It’s made with only three ingredients, contains zero refined sugar, and is vegan – all without sacrificing flavor!  Perfect for cupcakes and cakes, or straight off the spoon!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 4 tbsp nut butter (a thin/drippy kind)
  • 1 tsp Stevia


Instructions

  1. Refrigerate coconut cream overnight.
  2. Separate cream from liquid in can, set liquid aside for another use.
  3. Combine coconut cream, nut butter, and Stevia in a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Serve on your favorite cupcakes, or straight from the spoon!

Notes

You do not have to refrigerate the coconut cream overnight, but that will give you the creamiest frosting.
