Homemade buncha crunch aka your favorite movie theater snack made in only 5 minutes, using only three ingredients!

- 1 cup rice cereal
- 2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil or butter
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate and coconut oil and stir to combine.
- Place the rice cereal in a large zipper top bag.
- Pour the chocolate onto the cereal, shaking vigorously until it is evenly coated, and then transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Put in fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
Notes
you can start with 1/2 cup of cereal and decide if you think you like the ratio of chocolate to cereal. I added a few more tablespoons because I felt like I could make the chocolate go a little further but it is totally up to you!
The traditional rice krispy cereal is not certified gluten free. If you want this gluten free I recommend One Degree brown rice crisps.
