A festive nut butter bark made with white chocolate, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. Easy to make and perfect for a last minute holiday party or gift!

- 12oz white chocolate
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Dried unsweetened cranberries
- Pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- In a pan on the stove, melt the white chocolate over low heat.
- Line an 8.5×8.5 baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Combine nut butter and coconut oil in a small dish and microwave until coconut oil has melted, stir to combine.
- When the white chocolate is fully melted, pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Pour nut butter mixture over the chocolate in parallel lines, then use the back of a spoon to swirl.
- Sprinkle with cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
- Refrigerate until fully solidified.
