- 1 (14oz) package Kodiak blueberry muffin mix
- 8 oz plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or high protein yogurt for extra protein)
- 1 – 14 oz vanilla protein drink
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a standard muffin tin with parchment paper liners and spray the liners with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the muffin mix, yogurt and protein drink.
- Whisk to combine well.
- Divide the batter evenly between each of the muffin liners.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 16-18 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned and the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
