Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free
Creamy, tangy, fresh, and packed full of flavor- this Green Goddess Tahini Sauce takes a new approach to an old favorite.
Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup almond milk (more to preference)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- a handful (about 10-15) fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in your food processor and blend until combined and smooth. You can add more almond milk if you want it thinner, and can add more spices to taste!
Notes
You can always play with the spices to your preferance!
As is, this is a pretty thick sauce. you can mix in more almond milk to make it thinner if you want. I massaged mine into some kale so the thick version was perfect!
