Ohhhh this is a fun one you are going to want to save.  It kinda has a pesto-y vibe but that nutty tahini flavor really just add something exta.  And look at that pour!

green goddess tahini sauce

This is a great alternative to pesto for people that cant eat nuts.  Tahini is a paste made out of sesame seeds so with one little tweak – keep reading to see what I mean – this recipe is totally nut free!

In addition to the pesto we mostly have greens and spices.  I used spinach here but you can probably use kale or another leafy green as well.

So there is one sub you will need to make to keep this nut free but it is a super simple onw – we used some almond milk to get it to a thinner consistency.  You can for sure sub this with oat milk, hemp milk, or even dairy milk if you are fine eating dairy.  Then voila – totally nut free.

You can add more or less milk as you please – but the amount below will make a pretty thick sauce – I massaged mine into some kale so I wanted it that way- but when you are mixing it you can decide how much or how little you want!

You can always play with the spices to your preferance!

As is, this is a pretty thick sauce.  you can mix in more almond milk to make it thinner if you want.  I massaged mine into some kale so the thick version was perfect!
