Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free
A soft fudgy (gluten free) blondie that is sweetened with bananas and flavored up with some quality white chocolate and cinnamon. The texture of these guys is unreal and you will love every bite!
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup white chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash your bananas until minimum lumps remain.
- Then in a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate and coconut oil, add to bananas once melted.
- Let cool a little, then stir in egg, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and stevia.
- Lastly, mix in your flour and stir until well combined.
- Pour into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes, until edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
I used Lily’s white chocolate chips because they are refined sugar free
