These bagels are soft and fluffy, made healthier using cauliflower rice and gluten free flours, made TASTIER using Everything But the Bagel seasoning to give you the perfect start to your day!
Ingredients

- 1 cup dried cauliflower rice
- 1/3 cup quinoa flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 eggs + 1 egg white
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients together in food processor and blend until dough consistency forms.
- Pour dough into greased donut pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, brush the top of each bagel with egg white, sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning, and bake for an additional five minutes.
- Let bagels cool before removing from pan.
