Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free
The top two Trader Joe’s BEST all time products combined and air fried to perfect crispy flavorful perfection. All I am trying to understand is how it took me so long to think of this!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
- Olive or Avocado Oil
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Microwave your gnocchi until it is thawed and soft (1-2 minutes usually for me).
- Once soft, spray generously with oil, tossing to ensure all sides are covered, and then sprinkle generously with everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Put in air fryer at 400F and 15 minutes – check after 5 minutes and toss, and then check every 2-3 minutes and toss and take out when they are brown and crispy but not burnt.
Notes
I like using avocado oil because it is safest at high temperatures.
Use as much seasoning as you want!
