Alright if you have been around here long enough you know that I am basically obsessed with trying to find fun and flavorful ways to air fry Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi to make it the all time best food. And I gotta say, I think I have nailed it 😛 So if you are as obsessed as I am be sure to check out ALL of these amazing ideas:

And now I have taken the other best Trader Joe’s product (everything but the bagel seasoning) and put it on some crispy gnocchi and I must say this is definitely a new staple!

Let’s Make Some Air Fried Everything Bagel Cauliflower Gnocchi!
Alright this recipe is too easy yall. You only need two ingredients (three if you count the oil) and an air fryer. I will say you need to have a Trader Joes near you because that is where these ingredients come from. However, you can get some sort of everything bagel seasoning a million places now. I am just not sure if anyone else has the gnocchi! So fingers crossed for you that you live near a TJs.
I always start my air fried gnocchi recipes by microwaving it. Usually is because somehow I seem to always let mine get freezer burnt, but for this one regardless I want you to microwave it.
That is because we need the seasoning to stick to the gnocchi, and that won’t happen if it is already crispy. It is not like adding a sauce. So thaw your gnocchi in the microwave until it is soft. If you had some freezer burn on it and now they are pretty wet, pat them dry. And then spray the heck out of them with your oil and sprinkle as much seasoning as your heart desires. Because now is your chance, it is harder to get more to stick later, so dont skimp!
Then you just bake! Mine always ends up taking 12-15 minutes and I normally keep it on 400F. Just after a few minutes keep an eye on it and check it so it doesn’t burn. Simple!
In addition to the listed ingredients, you will need:
- an air fryer (duh)
- a plate (or bowl) to microwave
- paper towels to pat, if there is excessive moisture after microwaving

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
- Olive or Avocado Oil
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Microwave your gnocchi until it is thawed and soft (1-2 minutes usually for me).
- Once soft, spray generously with oil, tossing to ensure all sides are covered, and then sprinkle generously with everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Put in air fryer at 400F and 15 minutes – check after 5 minutes and toss, and then check every 2-3 minutes and toss and take out when they are brown and crispy but not burnt.
Notes
I like using avocado oil because it is safest at high temperatures.
