Healthy cookies n cream flavored banana ice cream made with only a few simple ingredients and packed with plant based protein – super creamy and flavorful and it is a summer dessert you will want to eat all year long!
Ingredients

- 4 bananas – frozen and sliced
- 2 tbsp plant based milk (I used cashew milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Life Extension Wellness CodeĀ® Plant Protein Complete Amino Acid Complex – vanilla)
- 7-10 creme cookies
Instructions
- Slice your bananas into thin slices, freeze on a cookie sheet over night.
- In your food processor, pulse your cookies until they are crushed, and then set aside.
- Then take your frozen bananas, combine them with the milk, vanilla, and protein powder in your food processor or high speed blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour in the crushed cookies and pulse until combined.
- Eat immediately or put in a bread pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for a couple hours for a more scoopable texture.
Notes
If you want it to scoop, plan on having a couple hours to freeze it before serving!
