Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free
Creamy cashew butter, sweet maple syrup, gluten free oats, and shredded coconut flakes. Four ingredients are all you need to make these coconut cashew bliss balls. The perfect balanced snack to keep you energized and satisfied!

- 1 and 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cashew butter or coconut cashew butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (+ more to roll in if desired)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine the cashew butter and maple syrup and mix until well combined.
- Add in the coconut flakes and slowly stir in the oats until you get a texture you like (not too wet but not too dry).
- Using your hands (or a tablespoon or cookie scoop) roll into evenly sized balls, and roll in more coconut flakes if desired.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden a little, and store there for best texture!
Notes
You can really use any nut butter for this (almond, peanut, etc) just make sure it is drippy!
You can also add in any other toppings you want! (I like chocolate chips or gogi berries)
