Christmas Peanut Butter Fudge

Description

Warm and gooey peanut butter blended with Marshmallow fluff and studded with red and green candy, this Christmas Peanut Butter Fudge will be a hit for the holidays!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter 
  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 7oz jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup red and green M&Ms
 


Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, butter, milk and salt in a heavy 3 qt sauce pan.

  2. Bring to full boil over high heat stirring constantly.

  3. Reduce heat to medium and continue to stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in peanut butter until fully melted.

  5. Add vanilla and fluff, beat until well blended and fluff is fully melted.

  6. Fold in candy immediately.

  7. Spread in a 13×9 inch baking pan, greased or lined with parchment paper.

  8. Cool at room temperature (2-3 hrs) or place in fridge to cool (1-2 hrs).

  9. Store in airtight storage container in fridge for freshness.
