For full instructions, please view the recipe card below:
- Combine sugar, butter, milk and salt in a heavy 3 qt sauce pan.
- Bring to full boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium and continue to stir for 5 minutes.

Sugar, butter, and milk is a mixture well-known to boil over as soon as you take your eyes off of it. This is why we suggest using a 3-qt saucepan and not to stop stirring.
Once the peanut butter is combined into the mixture, it will become thick and prone to sticking to the sides of the pan. But our no-fail Peanut Butter Fudge Marshmallow cream has such a rich taste and texture that making these in batches will become your new favorite pastime.
It starts with the fluff! And if you’re looking for a Kraft marshmallow peanut butter fudge recipe, you’ve found it! Our Christmas Peanut Butter Fudge bars can be used with Kraft Marshmallow fluff, Fluffernutter, or Jet-Puffed.
Now, you can add or leave out the red and green M&Ms if you’re looking to taper the amount of sugar, but I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s fudge! Fudge is a savory treat we only get to enjoy a few times out of the year- if at all, depending on your diet and lifestyle. Release the pressure and dive headfirst into a warm, melt-in-your-mouth Christmas Peanut Butter Fudge bar, and forget all that carb counting.
If you plan on enjoying a few activities with the family, like a winter scavenger hunt, tree decorating, Christmas sing-a-long, or decorating the stockings, sit these Christmas Peanut Butter Fudge bars front and center.
