Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free

Hummus is no longer just for savory lovers. This dessert hummus combines our favorite chocolate and peanut butter duo into a creamy dip that is perfect with crackers, fruit, or straight from the spoon! Plus it is gluten free, dairy free, and vegan!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15.5oz) chickpeas
  • ΒΌ cup NuttZo Chocolate Power Fuel
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas (remove skins – optional).
  2. Add all ingredients together in food processor and blend until smooth. Can serve right away or allow it to cool in the fridge for 20 minutes first.

Notes

Start with above proportions and then if you want your hummus thinner/creamier, add more milk in 1 tsp increments, blending and tasting in between.

Can also swap cashew milk for any other dairy free option (use oat milk for a nut free option).Β  And can swap maple syrup for agave.
