Description

This fluffy and moist chocolate chip pumpkin bread comes together quickly and easily. Perfect for a Fall morning breakfast, or as an afternoon snack. This pumpkin bread will keep you coming back!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • ⅓ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread loaf pan.
  2. Add 1 cup of the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl, and mix on low for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the rest of the flour, pumpkin and milk, and mix on medium low until the dough is solid.
  4. Add chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  5. Dump the mixture into a bread pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
