I love this recipe because it’s a simple one! The steps are few and within an hour, I’m on my way to enjoying this delicious (and nutritious) pumpkin bread.
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bread loaf pan
- Begin by adding 1 cup of the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl, and mix on low for 30 seconds.
- Add the rest of the flour then the pumpkin and milk, and mix on medium low until the dough is solid.
- Sprinkle in a generous amount of chocolate chips (there’s no such thing as too many!) and mix until combined
- Transfer your batter to the bread loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and enjoy!

- 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 15 oz can of pumpkin
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread loaf pan.
- Add 1 cup of the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl, and mix on low for 30 seconds.
- Add the rest of the flour, pumpkin and milk, and mix on medium low until the dough is solid.
- Add chocolate chips and stir to combine.
