Try this creamy avocado cottage cheese guacamole for a protein-packed twist on classic guac! Smooth, flavorful, and perfect for dipping with chips or veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 red onion – diced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • cayenne to taste


Instructions

  1. Add everything in a food processor and blend until just slightly chunky.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Notes

You can use full fat or low fat cottage cheese

You can add/use less spices to taste
