- 1 18oz box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups mashed bananas (about 3 small bananas)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the oil, eggs, and mashed bananas.
- Add the cake mix and stir until combined.
- Transfer the batter to a 9×5 loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
