These high protein brownie batter donuts are a great post-workout treat! If you’re looking for a protein-packed, low sugar snack, these donuts are the answer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 scoops (50g) chocolate protein powder (I recommend whey)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour
  • ½ cup monkfruit or other calorie free sweetener
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup plain almond milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cake batter extract
  • Sugar free chocolate syrup for topping
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, baking powder, salt, oat flour, no calorie sweetener, and cocoa into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add in the remaining wet ingredients.
  3. Mix with a hand mixer on high until smooth.
  4. Place batter in a piping bag.
  5. Grease your donut pan and use your piping bag to fill each one evenly.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-11 minutes. Let cool.
  7. Top with chocolate syrup and sprinkles.
