Ingredients
- 2 scoops (50g) chocolate protein powder (I recommend whey)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups oat flour
- ½ cup monkfruit or other calorie free sweetener
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup plain almond milk
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons cake batter extract
- Sugar free chocolate syrup for topping
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, baking powder, salt, oat flour, no calorie sweetener, and cocoa into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Add in the remaining wet ingredients.
