Ingredients
- 1 wedge of brie
- 1 package (15 count) baked phyllo shells
- about 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F, remove the phyllo shells from their package, place on a cookie sheet, pre-bake for 3 minutes, and remove from the oven.
- Cut your brie into small squares that will fit in the shells, place one inside each shell.
- Drop a dollop of cranberry sauce into each shell.
- Bake for an additional 8 minutes, serve immediately.
Notes
Gluten free if you purchase a gluten free pastry crust
Refined sugar free if you use a sugar free sauce
The amount of cranberry sauce really depends on how much you put in each shell. I bought a jar of cranberry sauce and had a lot left over so if you do that you will have plenty, but this could also be a great way to use up some leftovers because it doesn’t require a lot at all!
I also didn’t even use my whole wedge of brie to make these so don’t worry about running out of that if you only buy one triangle!
