Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free
Avocado about to go bad? Turn it into the perfect afternoon snack! These avocado chips are crispy, “cheesy,” made with only a few ingredients and are vegan, gluten free, and nutritious!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mash avocado and mix with remaining ingredients
- On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, take 1 tsp of mix and flatten into a round chip, repeat until gone.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Lower heat to 325F and bake 10-15 minutes more, until golden brown.
