Air fried potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with flavors like garlic, oregano, and Italian seasonings. A healthier option to deep fried potatoes that everyone will love!
Ingredients

- 1 (24oz) bag of baby potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- avocado oil
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes in half, put in a mixing bowl and spray with avocado oil.
- Sprinkle in seasonings and toss until evenly disbursed.
- Cook in air fryer on 400F for 8-10 minutes, then open and toss, then cook for 3-5 more minutes, until potatoes are golden brown and soft.
Notes
Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to cook in batches. You don’t want to overlap in the air fryer, only put as many as can fit and touch the bottom at a time.
