Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

It is also okay to use frozen strawberries for this recipe.  This makes life more simple because it is hard to always have fresh fruit on hand and go through it in the perfect amount of time.  So the first time I make this drink in the summer, I buy a lot of strawberries.  This way I won’t run out for my guests, but also I can have leftovers.  I will freeze whatever I don’t use and keep them for next time.  This doesn’t make them any less healthy, just a little more convenient and provides a longer shelf life.
