Description

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free

Not too jammy, not too hard, and easy to peel – here is my fail proof method to get the perfect hard boiled egg every time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 raw eggs
  • water
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Put eggs in a medium sized pot and fill with water until eggs are covered.
  2. Mix baking soda into water.
  3. Cover the pot, put water over medium to high heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, set a timer for 6 minutes.
  5. While timer is going, make an ice bath in another bowl – fill with water and ice cubes so the water is really cold.
  6. When timer goes off, immediately spoon the eggs into the ice bath to stop the cooking process.
  7. Dry and store in the fridge up to a week!

Notes

I highly recommend sprinkling some everything but the bagel seasoning on these when you eat them!
