Not too jammy, not too hard, and easy to peel – here is my fail proof method to get the perfect hard boiled egg every time!
Ingredients

- 6 raw eggs
- water
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Put eggs in a medium sized pot and fill with water until eggs are covered.
- Mix baking soda into water.
- Cover the pot, put water over medium to high heat and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, set a timer for 6 minutes.
- While timer is going, make an ice bath in another bowl – fill with water and ice cubes so the water is really cold.
- When timer goes off, immediately spoon the eggs into the ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Dry and store in the fridge up to a week!
Notes
I highly recommend sprinkling some everything but the bagel seasoning on these when you eat them!
