Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free, Vegan Option
This peanut butter fruit dip is made with only two ingredients: greek yogurt and powdered peanut butter. Making it an easier, healthier option to dip all your favorite fruits in!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
Instructions
- Combine ingredients together in a bowl and stir until powdered peanut butter is incorporated fully into yogurt. Taste and add more peanut butter if desired.
Notes
Vegan Option – just swap out the greek yogurt for your favorite dairy free plain or vanilla yogurt (the thicker the better in my opinion)
Refined Sugar Free Note – you need to check both the yogurt you use as well as the powdered peanut butter ingredient labels for added sugar to ensure there is none! I use this yogurt and this powdered peanut butter when I want a refined sugar free option.
Using plain yogurt? You can always add your own sweetener if you want a little bit, but not as much that comes with the typical vanilla yogurt. I recommend this stevia or agave.
