- 2 cups granola
- 2-3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Add the granola and 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil into a food processor or blender.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until creamy, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds.
- You may need to add an additional tablespoon of coconut oil, depending on the type of granola you’re using.
- Once it’s smooth and spoonable, transfer to an airtight jar and store in the fridge.
Notes
Use whatever granola fits your dietary needs. This can mean using one that is gluten free, refined sugar free, etc!
