Description

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free

The perfect gluten free waffles have never been so easy.  Just blend all of your ingredients together and you’ve got fluffy oat flour waffles in no time! Made with gluten free oats, sweetened with a little maple syrup, so you can feel good about this brunch staple!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats or quick cooking oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk (or regular milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine your oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together in your blender or food processor and blend until you’ve got a fine flour (the finer the better for the fluffiest waffles!)
  2. Then add your remaining ingredients to the food processor and pulse until it reaches batter consistency.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Then pour into your waffle maker and make those waffles!
