Description
These protein cereal bars are a high protein, delicious breakfast option! Made with your favorite cereal, protein powder, and nut butter, these are naturally sweetened with maple syrup for a tasty treat that is healthy for you!
Ingredients

- 2 cups cereal (I recommend Cheerios or Power O’s cereal.)
- 1 (25g) scoop your favorite protein powder
- ½ cup peanut butter or your favorite nut butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon dried goji berries
- 1 tablespoon Bee pollen (optional)
Instructions
- Combine cereal and protein powder together in a large mixing bowl, set aside.
- In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Stir until everything is melted and well combined.
- Pour melted nut butter mixture over cereal, folding in gogi berries and bee pollen until everything is evenly coated and berries/pollen are evenly disbursed.
- Pour into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, then move and store in fridge. Cut into 4 bars or 8 squares
Notes
For a higher protein option, use Power O’s cereal.
