Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free
Everything you love about tuna salad except for the mayo! This tuna salad is made with cajun tuna and plain greek yogurt so it is high in protein, low in fat, and full in flavor!
Ingredients
- 10 oz (2 cans) of Safe Catch cajun tuna
- 1/4-1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
- a handful of Biena habanero crispy chickpeas
Instructions
- Drain your tuna, and then combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until combined! Enjoy on a sandwich, with pita, or with a fork!
Notes
I used the whole 1/2 cup of yogurt in mine. You can start with 1/4 cup and decide how much you want
If you have a thick dairy free yogurt that you like, that can probably be substituted for a dairy free version. Just make sure it is thick!
Use as many chickpeas as you want!
Make and eat the same day – the chickpea will soften as they sit in the mixture
