Description
This creamy Butter Pecan Fudge, loaded with crunchy, toasted pecans and just a hint of cinnamon, makes a perfect holiday treat! You only need 6 ingredients and it comes together in no time in your Instant Pot!

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans (plus more for topping)
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 20 oz white chocolate chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot on the saute setting. Add the butter and cook until melted. Add the cup of chopped pecans and cook, stirring constantly for 3 minutes or until the butter is starting to brown.
- Turn off the Instant Pot. Add the condensed milk, white chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Let it sit for 3 minutes and stir until the white chocolate is melted and all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the fudge to the prepared pan. Decorate with the pecans.
- Take to the refrigerator and refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully set. Remove from the baking pan and with the help of a knife slice the fudge into pieces
