- 1 (18oz) box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon water (optional if dough is crumbly.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, oil, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips. If the mixture is too crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of water. The dough will be stiff but should hold together when scooped into a ball.
- Bake 7 minutes. Do not overbake the cookies. They’ll appear soft, but they’ll firm up as they cool.
