Description
Blended chia pudding is a great way to get a delicious treat filled with plant based protein, omega 3s and healthy fats in a way that is great for picky eaters who don’t like the texture of traditional chia pudding.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk or cashew milk
- 1/3 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional sweetener: honey, maple syrup, organic stevia, agave to taste
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds and cashew milk together in a mason jar (or other dish) and stir.
- Let sit overnight.
- The next day, pour jar into a blender with the nut butter, cinnamon, and sweetener, and blend until smooth.
- Top with berries, cacao nibs, nuts, or other favorites!
