For the donuts
- 2 scoops (60g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons cake batter extract
For the glaze
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla almond milk
- Sprinkles
Instructions
For the donuts
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Start by mixing 2 scoops of protein powder, baking powder, salt, sprinkles and oat flour into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the egg, almond milk, yogurt, and cake batter extract. Mix with your hand mixer on high until smooth.
- Place the dough into a piping bag, or a large Ziploc bag with the tip cut off
- Grease your donut pan and use your piping bag to fill each one evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Let cool before glazing.
For the glaze
- Mix yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste.
- Dip cooled donuts in icing and top with sprinkles.
