Description

This simple green smoothie is made with yogurt, mango, pineapple, and spinach for a healthy drink that is full of vitamins and nutrients. But it tastes like a tropical vacation!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 of a medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice


Instructions

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
