This cauliflower gnocchi has the perfect crisp and just enough kick, only requires two ingredients and is healthier because it is cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce to taste (Frank’s is vegan)
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Spread gnocchi out evenly on a plate and microwave for one to two minutes.
- Cook in air fryer at 400F for 12 minutes (will be fairly crispy and golden brown).
- Remove from air fryer and toss in hot sauce until evenly coated.
- Put back in air fryer for 5 minutes.
