Description
Air fried apples coated in cinnamon and coconut flour make for a super easy, three ingredient, fall friendly healthy snack that tastes like an indulgence.

- 1 apple of choice, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut flour or all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Olive oil or coconut oil spray
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the coconut flour and cinnamon.
- Dip each apple slice into the coconut flour mixture and placed in the air fryer basked in a single layer.
- Spray apple slices with olive oil or coconut oil spray. This is optional but helps make them a little crispy.
- Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
- Shake the basket or use a spatula to flip the apple slices then bake at 400F for another 5-8 minutes to brown coating.
Notes
Yield is one apple, the amount of slices will depend on how you slice yours. I made 12.
