Description

Air fried apples coated in cinnamon and coconut flour make for a super easy, three ingredient, fall friendly healthy snack that tastes like an indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 apple of choice, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour or all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Olive oil or coconut oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the coconut flour and cinnamon.
  2. Dip each apple slice into the coconut flour mixture and placed in the air fryer basked in a single layer.
  3. Spray apple slices with olive oil or coconut oil spray. This is optional but helps make them a little crispy.
  4. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
  5. Shake the basket or use a spatula to flip the apple slices then bake at 400F for another 5-8 minutes to brown coating.

Notes

Yield is one apple, the amount of slices will depend on how you slice yours.  I made 12.
