How to Make The Crispiest Potatoes in an Air Fryer

If you want to make super crispy potatoes in your air fryer with minmal oil, try this technique!

Peel the potatoes and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Slice the potatoes into 1/2″ thick slices.

Place the potatoes on the cutting board with a chopstick on each side. Slice partway down the potato, letting the chopstick stop the knife from going all the way through the potato.

Flip the potato and cut the other side diagonally, letting the chopstick stop the knife from going all the way through the potato.

Toss the potatoes with olive oil and salt. When air frying, keep the potatoes in a single layer and do not crowd the basket.

Air fry at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on each side flipping once halfway through cooking.
